We open Qvevri in front of tourists/visitors and Qvevri Wine is bottled specially for them. Names of tourists/visitors/companies can be printed on the label of the bottle.  The names should  be known at least 3 days before.

Masterclasses

  • Baking Georgian Bread "Shotis Puri": Making Dough,  Heating Tone,  Pressing the dough firmly against the Tone wall,  Taste "Shotis Puri".
  • Making Churchkhela: Threading Walnuts, Preparation the mixture of Tatara,  Place a strand of threaded walnuts into the Tatara, Taste Churchkhela
  • Making Khachapuri: Prepare the dough, Spread the cheese onto the middle of the dough, Baking in the oven, Taste Khachapuri 
  • Making Mtsvadi: Build a fire on Tsalami, Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and slice onions into rings. Put them in a pot and mix with dried spices and salt. Put the cut up raw meat on skewers. Put the skewers over the fire. Cook and Taste.
  • Making Khinkali: Prepare dough and meat fillings (pork, beef and other ingredients) or cheese and cottage cheese fillings, cut the dough into small circle portions and place the filling in the center of a round dough. Bring an edge of the dough up over the filling. Pinch the top of the dumpling together to seal it and form a knob. Put dumplings in the water and boil them for 15-20 minutes. Remove the dumplings to a serving dish.Teaching how to eat Khinkali.
  • Making Ajapsandali: Remove skin from the tomatoes, peel potatoes and chop all vegetables. Put the chopped potatoes, chopped onion, chopped eggplant and 3 bay leaves into a large pan and then add oil. Putting oil in last helps to ensure coverage.Cover the pan and cook on a medium heat, stirring several times until the vegetables become soft. Add garnish of chopped green onions and enjoy your delicious Ajapsandali!
  • Making Eggplant "Badrijani" with walnuts: Slice eggplants and fry them on a low temperature. Prepare the walnut garlic fillings.  Spread the filling on one side of eggplants, fold and taste them.
  • Making Lobiani: Boil the beans for 1 hour. Prepare the dough and lobiani mixture with the beans, onions and other spices. Spread the filling onto the dough. Bake it in the oven and taste Lobiani.
